Keeping track of meetings can be a tedious task, especially when you have multiple projects at hand.

The application comes with an option of switching between three different views for quick and easy visibility of all your meetings.

List View

A clear concise List view, that allows meetings to be sorted according to:

  • Today
  • This Week
  • This Month

Grid View

Also known as the Single Glance View. The Grid view displays all the meetings in large wholesome boxes that give you a bird’s-eye-view of when the meeting is scheduled, when is it due, and who will be attending. This view eliminates the need to open each and every meeting for accessing the details. A quick glance at the grid view and you'll know the necessary details of all your meetings.

Calendar View

The calendar view provides a simplified view of each meeting for a given month. It erases the need for users to peer deep into the detail section of a meeting in order to ascertain when will the meeting take place. Users can assort calendar view according to Creation Date or Due Date, whichever best suits their visibility needs.
