Case Management (Clients)

Good morning,

I use ntask to organize my client list.  I offer social services to clients with a timeframe of 3-4 months for each client.  Each case is created as a separate task, each containing about 10 checklist items that need to be completed within the 4-month time frame.  I realize now that I am trying to convert a task manager into a client manager, but so far it's going well.  I was wondering if you knew of any tips, shortcuts, or plans in development to possibly allow me to use NTask to manage my cases more efficently.
