Your meeting is of no good to you or anyone else if it lacks a clear defined agenda, for this agenda provides a distinct and concise direction to the attendees of the meeting.
Without a proper agenda it's highly likely that you'll stray off the intended topic of discussion and hence, create further difficulties.
Give all your meetings a defined scope in nTask with its smart agenda feature.
To add agenda to a meeting:
- Go to Meeting board
- Click on the meeting you want to add an agenda to
- Your meeting card will pop up
- Under Agenda, type in a list of agenda points. Click + to save and add more
An interesting thing to note here is that you can add as many points as you like to help keep your meeting on track. Super easy and super effective!
