Assigning an Issue to a responsible team member to look after helps distribute the workload and is one of the key factors in solving the issue timely and constructively.


To assign an issue to a team member in nTask, proceed as following:

  • From the Issue board, click on your required issue. This will open the issue card.
  • From the right-hand side pane, click the + icon next to ‘Assigned to’.
  • Type in the name of the person you want to assign the issue to. If the person is not on your workspace, then enter email ID and hit + to send invitation.
  • Select assignee from the available list.


Your issue has been assigned. Can't get any easier than this!
