Prioritizing is key! Separate your most urgent tasks from most important ones with multiple options to choose from.

To give each task a priority and a progress status, proceed as following:


  • Open Task Card from task board
  • The thin red bar is task status. Click on it to choose from five different status options i.e Not Started, In Progress, Review, Completed and Cancelled.
  • Right below the red bar, is the priority bar. Click on it to choose from four different priority options i.e Low, High, Medium and Critical.
  • Choosing the option will automatically save the status as well as the priority.


Remember, you can always come back and change your task status and priority from time to time.
