A new Zoom Integration feature is launched in nTask. The purpose of this feature is to provide the user with an ability to schedule a zoom meeting without leaving nTask platform. This feature will save the users from the hassle of switching between multiple applications and scheduling can be done instantly from a single platform.
Zoom Integration Option
You can integrate your nTask account with Zoom by following the steps mentioned below:
- Click on the profile icon.
- Go to Profile Settings > Apps & Integrations.
- Switch on the toggle present in front of Zoom option.
As soon as this toggle is turned on, user will be redirected to the Zoom Homepage for authentication purpose before setting or joining a meeting.
Note: If this integration toggle is turned on, only then user will be able to setup zoom meetings while creating a new meeting within nTask.
Creating a New Zoom Meeting
While creating a new meeting, an option to schedule a zoom meetup will be provided in the Location drop down. If user selects this option, a zoom meeting will be scheduled. User can also directly type ‘@zoom’ in the location drop down to create a new meeting on zoom.
In Meeting detail area, after scheduling the meeting, URL of zoom meeting will be displayed as meeting location. Below it, an additional description box will be added. It will show the link of zoom session along with name of the host, meeting ID and password of the zoom session. User will be redirected to the zoom meeting page if the meeting URL is clicked.
Zoom Meeting Option in Meeting Detail Area
A new zoom icon will be provided in Meeting Detail area. It will allow the users to create a zoom session link instantly from meeting detail area. The location field will display this link. If it is clicked, user will be redirected to zoom homepage.
