How to Set Custom Status in nTask Boards?

Here at nTask, we strive to give you an intuitive, visual platform that manages everything in one place. Custom Statuses are a key factor in helping you plan, organize, and track all of your team’s work according to status labels. Easily see if a task is yet to be completed, in progress, canceled, done, or any other status that you wish!

Set Custom Statuses:

1. Get into the Boards tab. 

2. Create a new board, or select the Board you need to work on. 

3. By Default you will see these Statuses:

  • Not Started
  • In Progress
  • In Review
  • Completed
  • Cancelled

(These statuses are available for Premium users, however, users can change the status in Business subscription)

4. Click on any status and give any name to your status. 

5. Set Custom Statuses as per your industry use case. Type the status name and press ‘Enter’ to save the status. 

Note: Custom Statuses are a feature in Business Plan. If you are a Basic or Premium user, try nTask Business Plan free for 7-days.
