Create an Issue

Introduction

No matter how robust a project is, or how capable the project managers are, issues are bound to pop up, be they minuscule or ginormous. And when that happens, a project manager and his/her team should be able to effectively track and resolve those issues. Some issues need our direct attention and are always on top of our priority list. The same rule applies to projects as well. There would be issues that you might face during work that require your high attention, while some do not need that much attention and can be delayed for some time. Accurately prioritizing issues at the right time can greatly affect the time taken to solve them.  

To create Issue:

  • Open Issues from the menu panel
  • Click the + Icon from the Issue list window to create an Issue
  • Type in an appropriate title for the issue
  • Pick a ‘Start Date‘ for the issue.
  • Choose an ‘End Date‘ for the issue.

nTask enhances the user’s ease by keeping everyone notified on which issue is ongoing or closed, critical or medium. The application does this by assigning each issue status as well

as a priority level.

  • Click on the drop-down arrow to select Priority status.
  • Select Priority and click Create Issue
  • Each setting is automatically saved upon selection
