Whenever it comes to addressing issues, there are certain questions that need to be properly answered for effective issue management. For instance; is the issue ongoing? Does the issue have a solution plan? How long is the issue likely to exist?
With nTask’s Issue Update feature, you can stay on top of each Issue update and solve those issues with much more efficiency.
To access and manage Issue update:
- Select and open an issue from the issue board
- On the bottom right, click on Issue updates to extend the pop-up.
- To simply share a message or a comment, type in the given blank.
- Click on the attachment icon to share files related to the issue.
That’s pretty much it. A single sleek bar to keep you updated on each issue.
